1. Agreement
By accessing or using KloudHub ("we", "us", "our") at kloudhub.io, including the KloudHub MCP server at mcp.kloudhub.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
KloudHub is a cloud infrastructure management platform that allows you to:
- Connect AWS cloud accounts for resource management
- Generate and deploy Terraform infrastructure blueprints
- Scan cloud resources, analyze costs, and detect waste
- Run AI-driven infrastructure health analysis (KloudPilot)
- Provision persistent cloud shell environments
- Access these capabilities via the MCP protocol through AI clients
3. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use KloudHub.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and connected cloud accounts.
- You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
- Sign-up is currently invite-only. Invite codes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
4. Cloud Account Connections
When you connect an AWS account to KloudHub:
- You confirm that you have authorization to connect and manage that account.
- You understand that KloudHub will use the provided credentials to perform operations you request (scans, deployments, shell provisioning).
- You are responsible for the AWS costs incurred by operations you initiate through KloudHub.
- KloudHub does not guarantee that infrastructure deployed through the platform will function as expected. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Terraform plans before applying them.
5. API Keys and MCP Access
- API keys grant full access to your KloudHub account via the MCP protocol.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share them publicly or commit them to version control.
- You can revoke API keys at any time from your Settings page.
- OAuth tokens issued during the MCP connector flow function as API keys and can be revoked the same way.
- We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are being misused or pose a security risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use KloudHub for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Connect cloud accounts that you do not own or have permission to manage.
- Attempt to access other users' data, accounts, or resources.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Use the MCP server to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API.
- Resell or redistribute access to KloudHub without written permission.
7. Infrastructure and Deployments
- KloudHub generates Terraform code using AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated code may contain errors.
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated infrastructure before deploying it.
- KloudHub is not liable for any damages, data loss, or costs resulting from infrastructure deployments.
- Destroying deployments is irreversible. KloudHub is not responsible for resources destroyed through the platform.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of KloudHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- You retain ownership of your infrastructure data, blueprints, and configurations.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

This includes damages resulting from infrastructure deployments, cloud resource operations, or AI-generated recommendations.
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform and API will be revoked immediately.
